• Profile Information: Photos, profile pictures, bios, links, and other information you add to your public profile.
• Content: Posts, comments, messages, images, videos, audio recordings, stories, and other content you create or share on the Service.
• Communications: Direct messages, group chats, and any other communications you send through the Service.
• Wallet & Transaction Data: Crypto wallet addresses, transaction history, token balances, and NFT ownership information when you use our Web3 features.
• Third-Party Login: If you sign in via Google, Apple, or other social login providers, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from those services.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, search queries, interaction patterns (likes, shares, follows, time spent), and content preferences.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, unique device identifiers, IP address, and mobile network information.
• Location Data: Approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location unless you explicitly grant permission for location-based features.
• Cookies & Similar Technologies: We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and analyze usage.
• Camera & Microphone: When you use live Waves, video calls, or upload media, we access your camera and microphone only with your explicit permission. Streams are not recorded unless the Wave host enables recording and participants are notified.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Personalize your experience, including content recommendations, suggested connections, and feed ranking.
• Process transactions, tips, rewards, and other Web3-related activities.
• Facilitate communication between users, including messaging, calls, and live audio/video rooms.
• Enforce our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and detect fraud, abuse, or security threats.
• Send you service-related notifications, promotional materials (with your consent), and product updates.
• Improve the Service through analytics, A/B testing, and machine learning models.
• Train and improve AI features, such as the AI Chat assistant, using aggregated and anonymized data. Your private messages are never used to train AI models.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

3. How We Share Your Information

• Public Content: Posts, profiles, Eye videos, and Wave rooms you set as public are visible to other users and may be indexed by search engines.
• Other Users: Your username, avatar, and public profile information are visible to other users. Direct messages are only shared with their intended recipients.
• Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us with hosting, analytics, payment processing, content delivery, and customer support. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Blockchain Networks: When you interact with on-chain features (tokens, NFTs, wallet transactions), certain data is recorded on public blockchain networks and is inherently public and immutable.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Safety & Security: We may share information to protect the safety of our users, investigate violations, or prevent fraud and abuse.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

We do not sell your personal information to third-party advertisers.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or security purposes. Content published to public blockchains cannot be deleted due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication, access controls, and regular security audits. Direct messages and voice/video calls use end-to-end encryption. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights & Choices

• Access & Portability: You can access and download your data through your account settings.
• Correction: You can update your profile information at any time.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us or through account settings.
• Opt-Out: You can opt out of promotional communications, push notifications, and certain data collection (e.g., cookies) through your settings.
• Restrict Processing: Where applicable under local law (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may request that we restrict or object to certain processing of your data.
• Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Unitribe is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms, to protect your data in compliance with applicable laws.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or decentralized applications (dApps). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
